Question 1: I had many issues developing this ePortfolio. I was not sure how personal the blog should be. I did know that I was going to use Blogger. I have used it in the past to document a long road trip and I am currently using Blogger to document my new experiences as a Momma. (baby-frank.blogspot.com).
Question 2: I really enjoyed looking at different peoples blogs. The majority of the blogs I viewed were educational. Some were for the writer as a written log of different things he/she had done. Some were for parents to use as a reference. Some were for the students to use as an interaction with the staff member. The one that intrigued me and think would be the most beneficial is writing a blog that fellow staff members and parents can use to get insight on the role of a Speech Pathologist. Question 3: I want to say I totally understand what a "clearinghouse site" does. From my understanding it is a place that many people can use to store, share and get information. If you think you can explain in laymen terms what a "clearinghouse site" can provide me and my family please respond. Thank you in advance.
Question 4: One of my personal goals for this course is to eventually develop a rich website of fantastic Speech activities as well as learn how to help myself as well as colleagues of mine to move our school into the 21st century. Every classroom in my school has an iPad, I want to give them ideas on how to use them.
